  • 2 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder
  • 4 green chilies (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp thick curd / 4 tbsp lemon juice / vinegar
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • For sprinkling chaat masala
  • A pinch of red food color
  • Oil for frying
  • salt to taste

  1. First, wash the chicken pieces with clean water and keep them in a vessel.
  2. Make a puree by grinding garlic, ginger, curry leaves, and green chilies in a blender (without adding water).
  3. Take out this puree in a big bowl.
  4. Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, and salt to this puree.

Note:

  • Make small cuts in the chicken pieces so that the spices penetrate well inside them.
  • The chicken pieces are coated with a good layer of spices, so after washing the chicken pieces with water, dry them well and then mix them in the puree.
  • After taking the marinated chicken out of the fridge, keep it on the counter for a while, and then fry it.
