- 500 gm fish
- 3 tablespoons rice flour
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 4 teaspoons curd
- 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried red chilies (ground)
- 3 tablespoons gram flour
- 1/2 teaspoon celery
- 1/2 teaspoon Kasuri Methi
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons orange color
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Salt

Fish Fritters Recipe/Fish Pakora Recipe
- First of all, wash the pieces of boneless fish and put them in water with salt, and keep it for a while.
- After a while, remove the water, wash the fish, and put it in a pot.
- Then add rice flour, gram flour, salt as per taste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, celery, Kasoori methi, chili flakes, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, orange color, and yogurt along with all the spices with the fish. Mix well.
- When mixed, cover the pot and keep it for 1 hour.
- After completing 1 hour, put the vessel on the gas and pour oil. When the oil is hot, add the spicy fish and slow the flame and fry the fish from both sides.
- When the fish fry, take out the fish in another vessel. Likewise, fry all the pieces of fish.
