  • 200 gms Makhana
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • ½  tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp jeera powder (roasted)
  • salt to taste

  1. First, Put the pan on the gas and dry roast the Makhana in it on a low flame for 5-10 minutes.
  2. If we taste it, it should be crisp, fry it till it becomes crisp.
  3. After the Makhan is crisp, take it out on a plate and keep it on the side.
  4. Turn off the gas flame and immediately add ghee and oil to it.
  5. Then add salt, chaat masala, and (roasted) cumin powder to it.
  6. After pouring it, it will be slightly bubbly, mix the makhana in it immediately.
  7. Keep mixing it till the masala cooks well, and the spices are coated well on makhana.
  8. Your Masala Makhana is ready.
  9. If you want, you can serve it immediately.
  10. If you want to keep it and use it later, then you store it in an airtight container.
