Fenugreek Paratha Recipe Ingredients / Methi Paratha Recipe Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup gram wheat flour
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 4 chilies
- ½ garlic
- ½ teaspoon garam masala powder
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon salt / as per taste
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala
- To roast 2-3 tablespoons Ghee Paratha
- Some oil, little fenugreek

Fenugreek Paratha Recipe / Methi Paratha Recipe
- Wash and make fenugreek into small pieces.
- Chop green chilies, ginger, and garlic.
- Put wheat and flour on a plate.
- After that add 2 teaspoons of oil, salt, and mix.
- After mixing, add turmeric powder, chaat masala, green chilies, ginger, garlic, garam masala powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, and cumin powder and mix well.
- After that add fenugreek and coriander powder and add fenugreek flour.
- Add water if necessary. After making the dough, make flour balls.
- Now press the fenugreek balls into the dough and roll it out and make (laddus) balls again.
- Now dip the balls in flour and roll them out (roll it out of fenugreek balls 2 times).
- Keep the pan on the gas. after putting the roti, cook it with ghee.
- When cooked, remove the paratha from the gas.
