Butter Chicken Recipe Ingredients

  • 800 grams of chicken
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
  • 4 teaspoon curd
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kasuri Methi
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Cardamom Powder (a pinch)
  • 1,1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 3 tomato puree
  • 3 green chilies
  • 2-3 cardamom
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Salt. Oil, a little butter
  • 2 mace
  • Ginger, Coriander
  • Cream (as per taste)

Butter Chicken Recipe

  1. Wash the chicken first. 
  2. After that, add salt, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and four teaspoons curd to the chicken and mix it well. 
  3. Once mixed, keep it for 2 hours.
  4. Put the pot on the gas, add oil and put a little butter together. 
  5. Then add 1,1 / 2 teaspoon garlic, mace, three green chilies, and cardamom and mix it well. After that add chopped tomatoes and mix well and cook it. 
  6. Now add 1/2 teaspoon ginger, one green chili, and a little water and cook it. 
  7. Turn off the gas after cooking and keep the gravy to cool. 
  8. Once cooled, grind tomatoes in a mixer.
  9. Put the frying pan on the gas and pour some oil. 
  10. When the oil is hot, add the chicken and cook it for 10 minutes. 
  11. Turn off the gas when cooked.
  12. Put the utensil on the gas, add a little butter, 4 green chilies, 2 teaspoons ginger and grinded tomato puree in the mixer and mix. 
  13. After that add cooked chicken and mix it, after mixing, add 1,1 / 2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili powder and mix it well. 
  14. Then add cream and bring it to a boil. 
  15. After boiling, add 1,1 / 2 teaspoon honey, a pinch of cardamom powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, a little Kasuri methi, and coriander and mix it well. 
  16. Once blended, cook for 1 to 2 minutes.  
  17. Turn off the gas when cooked.
