  • 1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 5-6 Black Pepper
  • 1 cardamom
  • 1 onion (Chopped)
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 Tomato (small pieces)
  • 1 capsicum
  • Coriander leaves, salt
  • 1 bay leaf

Kadai Paneer Recipe in English

  1. First of all, add red chili powder and lemon juice to the paneer and mix it well and keep it for 10 minutes.
  2. Put the pot on the gas and add 2 teaspoons of oil.
  3. When the oil is hot, add the paneer and fry it till it becomes golden.
  4. When the paneer is golden, take out the paneer on a plate.
  5. Put the vessel on the gas and add 1 teaspoon of oil.
  6. After the oil is hot, add capsicum and fry it a little.
  7. After frying take out the capsicum on a plate.
  8. Now put the onion in the pot and fry it a little.

  20. After two to 3 minutes, add Kasuri Methi and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  21. After 1 to 2 minutes add capsicum and mix well and cook for two to 3 minutes.
  22. After that add paneer, garam masala powder, and coriander leaves, mix well and cook for 1 minute.
  23. Turn off the gas after 1 minute.
