Besan Ladoo Recipe Ingredients / Besan Ke Laddu Recipe Ingredients
- 200 grams gram flour
- 1 ½ cups ghee
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
- 2 spoons of almonds, pistachios, cashews
Besan Ladoo Recipe / How to Make Besan Ke Laddu
- Put the vessel on the gas and add 8 spoons of ghee.
- When the ghee is hot, put the gram flour on the gas on low flame.
- Fry the gram flour till it turns golden (about 30 minutes). After 20 minutes, add two spoons of ghee and mix it well.
- After that add a cup of water and mix it well.
- In the last add small pieces of almonds and cashew nuts and mix and cook the gram flour for 10 minutes.
- When the gram flour is cooked, turn off the gas and keep the gram flour cooling down.
- When the roasted gram flour cools down, add cardamom powder, sugar, and 2 spoons of ghee and mix it.
- After everything is mixed, make gram flour Ladoos.
- When all the laddus are ready, put small pieces of pistachios on top of the laddus.
