  • 4 Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 6 Kanda (Chopped)
  • 4 Green Chilies (Chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt, Coriander leaves

Scrambled Eggs recipe / Egg Bhurji / Anda Bhurji Recipe

  1. Put the pot on the gas and add 4 teaspoons of oil. 
  2. After the oil is hot, add chopped onion, green chilies, and salt as per taste and fry the Onion slightly. 
  3. After that add tomatoes and mix well. 
  4. When it mixed, cook for 1 minute. 
  5. After 1 minute add turmeric powder and garam masala and cook for 2 minutes. 
  6. After 2 minutes add egg and coriander leaves and keep stirring it. 
  7. In this way, cook it on a low flame for 5 minutes. 
  8. After 5 minutes, take the pot down from the gas.
