- 4 eggs
- 4 Tomatoes (Chopped)
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 6 Kanda (Chopped)
- 4 Green Chilies (Chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt, Coriander leaves

- Put the pot on the gas and add 4 teaspoons of oil.
- After the oil is hot, add chopped onion, green chilies, and salt as per taste and fry the Onion slightly.
- After that add tomatoes and mix well.

- After 1 minute add turmeric powder and garam masala and cook for 2 minutes.
