Italian Pasta Recipe Ingredients
- 200 grams of pasta
- 1 capsicum (Chopped off)
- 1/2 carrot (Chopped off)
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 3 tomatoes (puree)
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon mix herbs
- green coriander
- Cheese, salt, oil
- A pinch of black pepper powder
- chili powder
Italian Pasta Recipe
- First of all, put the vessel on the gas and add water.
- After the water gets hot, add the pasta and salt and let it boil for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, turn off the gas and separate the pasta with water.
- Placed the vessel on the gas and pour oil.
- When the oil is hot, add capsicum powder, carrot, salt and a pinch of black pepper and fry the vegetable.
- After frying turn off the gas and take out the vegetable in another vessel.
- Then put the vessel on the gas and put the oil. . After oil become hot, add the paste of onion and garlic and fry it a little.
- Then after frying, add tomato puree, 1/2 teaspoon of mix herbs, red chili powder, coriander, salt and a pinch of black pepper powder, mix well and keep the lid covered for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, add boiled pasta, vegetables and cheese and mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Turn off the gas when cooked.
